ACPI Shutdown no longer working on VirtualBox #1896

Describe the issue you are experiencing
Running HASS OS via virtualbox and in the past have been able to shutdown with the VBox acpipowerbutton command, which I believe is the same as Machine > ACPI Shutdown. This was useful in using scripts on the host windows machine to power off or reboot VMs. This is no longer working, as doing either of these causes nothing to happen to the guest VM.

Steps to reproduce the issue
From VirtualBox, select Machine > ACPI shutdown
Notice nothing happens to the Virtual Machine
