I've added list-remote command and rework the output of list command to match the format.
pvm list-remote now returns all the available php releases with an asterisk on versions already installed.
I've also put some alias for both commands:
pvm lsforpvm listpvm ls-remoteforpvm list-remotepvm ls remoteforpvm list-remote
