Adds curated examples for the two new V3 presigned-upload commands so TestAllGeneratedCommandsHaveExamples passes, and regenerates gen/asset.go to embed them.
go1.25.10 stdlib is flagged by GO-2026-5037 (crypto/x509) and GO-2026-5039 (net/textproto), both fixed in go1.25.11. Bump the go.mod directive and pin all setup-go steps to 1.25.11.
