  1. Hex boosting taken out of the Service Provider Bucket.
  2. Reduce hex boosting to 10x
  3. Reduce the minimum time of Hex Boosting to 3 months.
  4. Staking a hotspot NFT to a location.

This HIP aims to pause and remove Service Provider Hex Boosting that was passed in HIP-84, to be completely reworked with current available equipment that was not available previously in mind and new economics to better scale with nationwide and beyond.
