Do we need to add different pricing mechanisms for MVNOs (who own no infra and buy all connectivity at wholesale prices, if I understand correctly, I am no telco expert) and MNOs (who own infra and have a different cost structure)? For the U.S., the suggested mechanism would mean $0.50/GB and we know that MNOs are not willing to pay this, while MVNOs (like Helium Mobile) already do. Should we specify that this is HIP suggestion is for MVNOS for the time being? @inversioncapital |
