  1. Update dependency versions in requirements.txt 

    In the requirements.txt file, the versions of PyGitHub and pyyaml have been updated from less than 3.0 and 7.0, respectively, to exact versions 2.3.0 and 6.0.1. This is to ensure consistent behavior across different environments.
