We have confirmation that the latest Intel drivers do not fix the graphical issues present in D3D12 as seen in this thread.
We have no solution at the moment other than working around the graphical glitches somehow by just auto-switching Intel users to Vulkan. The other possibility that remains is that we somehow find a way to work around the graphical issues, if it can be determined what exactly is the problem.
Another possibility that remains is the usage of barriers in D3D12. The issues might be able to be mitigated by enforcing more aggressive barriers.
