Pull Request Overview

This PR repositions the chat button in the inbox header to align with the placement of other UI elements. The change moves the chat button from the left side of the button group to the right side, after the settings button.

• Relocated the chat button to appear after the settings button instead of before the clear all button
• Moved the spacer element to maintain proper spacing between button groups
