Description

At the moment deterministic_clustering.py displays the text description of a topic but it's just the centroid question. Can we find a way to make smarter cluster keywords?

Rationale

Users often want to cluster questions by topics.

This is a separate but related issue to #82

• However this issue is about users using Harmony to discover topics

• Issue Allow user to define their own categories (topics) #82 is about users having their own predefined list of topics which they want Harmony to use
