I'm pretty new to this project and I might have missed some issue or odc mentioning it but I would like to use it in GitLab CI as described here.

I'm using the flag --exclude in COPY instruction, as already spotted in #1029. I saw that a PR has already add it to the parser hadolint/language-docker#102.

Still the official images on Docker HUB and GHCR are outdated for 2 years

Is there a unofficial image built from master branch?
What is the reason behind this delay in publishing (sorry again if it has already been explained somewhere, I could not find it)?
