Add next/previous weapon cycling keys#19

Added support for cycling through all available weapons using the 'P' (next weapon) and 'O' (previous weapon) keys. This involves: - Defining new buttons bt_nextweapon and bt_prevweapon. - Increasing the number of synced buttons to 32 and updating the network packet structure to use a 32-bit field for buttons. - Implementing the weapon cycling logic in CheckWeaponChange(). - Adding configuration support for the new buttons. - Mapping 'P' and 'O' as default keys for these actions. Implemented 'P' and 'O' keys for cycling through available weapons. Increased synced button limit to 32 and updated network/demo structures to accommodate. Added cycling logic to the player's weapon change handling.
