Yeah, C does, Java which inherited all of C's bad ideas (such as allowing [][] method() [][] { return null; } array syntax), and what other languages did you have in mind?

Well, it's not implemented consistently, though. None of these work:

select 1,2, from (values(1)),(values(2)),
select 1,2, from (values(1,2,))
select 1,2, group by 1,2,
select 1,2, order by 1,2,
select coalesce(1,2,)
select row_number() over (order by 1,2,)
select row_number() over (partition by 1,2,)
create table t (i int, j int,)
insert into t values (1, 2,)
insert into t (i, j, ) values (1, 2)
update t set i = 1, j = 2,

There are probably many more cases of potential support for trailing commas. It's really just the SELECT list, it seems... I discovered it by accident because I tried some SQL statement on 5 different dialects, starting with H2, where it worked, and then I had this magic trailing comma everywhere not working, until I discovered, "hey this works in H2!" :)
