mjpg-streamer doesn't work anymore with the new picam stack on bullseye based images - using the old stack for now.

All in favor of merging this for now, as it will probably be a while until either mjpg-streamer or (more likely) ustreamer are adapted to the new libcamera stack, or we have another solution stable enough for general consumption. See also the issue mentioned in #761 and in https://community.octoprint.org/t/pi-camera-on-raspberry-pi-4-works-in-terminal-but-not-in-octoprint/41078 |
