Google Tag Manager - Contentbox module

This module implements Google Tag Manager

1. Register with Google : https://tagmanager.google.com/#/home
2. Set up container and make a note of the ID
3. Install module into Contentbox
4. Activate module and enter containerID

Two sections will be added to HEAD and BODY.

Note that Tag Manger is not injected if running as Contentbox Admin or in preview
