ci(tests): Update PHP version in CI configuration

- Change PHP version from 8.4 to 8.5 in tests.yml
- Remove conflict declaration for pestphp/pest in composer.json
- Update PHPUnit cache configuration in phpunit.xml.dist
- Adjust cache directory and result file settings for better organization
