Hi,
I have added a docker-compose yaml file using lfoppiano/grobid CRF model container image and also added a PWD (Play with Docker) button to the README.md file as another way to try out Grobid.
I have tried it and it works well on PWD, I believe adding this as another way to try out Grobid will help reduce the load on the current demo server.
the PWD button uses my forked repo's docker-compose file URL, incase if decided to merge this PR, kindly update the PWD button's URL inside the README.md file by replacing "kurdi-dev" with "kermitt2".
