Currently missing:

• for copyrights owner, @resp is not a pointer but can have two values authors or publisher
• revisionDesc under teiHeader (used by both Grobid and Pub2TEI)
• genName for author name suffix (used by both Grobid and Pub2TEI)

Compatibility with Pub2TEI:

• currently table might appear inside a <p> or a <s> in Pub2TEI, while it is always encapsulated in a <figure type="table"> by Grobid
