Add checkbox to Bug Reports to indicate between Stable and Nightly

What's the current friction?

Nightly Build Issues need to be properly labelled and sorted in issues.

What would make this better?

Add checkbox (bottom of current form?) to indicate between Stable and Nightly.
Ideally

• Should default to Stable
• Auto apply Nightly label to issues checked (Needs to be created)
