This is no longer required with Tahoe-LAFS 1.16.0
As the `tahoe stop` command was removed in Tahoe-LAFS 1.16.0
gridsync.system.kill already handles pidfile removal
Tahoe.kill already calls MagicFolder.stop
It looks like this one supports Tahoe-LAFS 1.16.0
This dependency was dropped from Tahoe-LAFS 1.16.0
