That is for someone else's benefit, though, not ours. Make sure we don't pass the tahoe-lafs from our pythonPackages.
Update the pyqtchart packaging to work with nixpkgs 21.05 and let gridsync take all of the rest of the python 3 packages from there.

This removes a bunch of the supporting Nix packaging in favor of relying on what's present in https://github.com/PrivateStorageio/nixpkgs. That version of nixpkgs was already required for successful builds so this introduces no new dependencies, just removes duplication.
Also it bumps one of the Qt dependencies because the maintainer stopped hosting the source (or at least moved it).
