This was only being kept around because older AppVeyor environments did not yet have InnoSetup version 6 installed

As with #325, GHA's macos-11 runners are stalling at the moment. Since the code in this PR has no bearing whatsoever on macOS (and passes everywhere else), I'm merging this... |
