This PR adds a set of
Vagrantfiles that, in conjunction with VirtualBox, can be used to effectively "cross-compile" strongly forward-compatible Gridsync binaries for each supported platform (via the newly-added themake vagrant-linux,make vagrant-macosandmake vagrant-windowscommands). See the relevant section of the updated README for more information.Closes #230
