It would be useful if Gridsync could display a chronological listing of recent events corresponding to a given grid or magic-folder (showing, e.g., the file/folder in question; whether it was "added", "updated", or "deleted"; the relative modification time; an accompanying icon/thumbnail) alongside or in addition to the standard folder overview. This would make it easier for users to "catch up" on recent changes made within a folder (e.g., in the event that such changes occur while Gridsync is not running or if desktop notifications are cleared or disabled) while also providing a more accessible spot within the UI for performing per-file actions in the future (e.g., buttons to "Open", "Show in Enclosing Folder", and the like).
