The "HRO Cloud" grid-configuration is using an incorrect ZKAPAuthorizer plugin name/version. #536
Description
The grid-configuration for the "HRO Cloud" currently uses a ZKAPAuthorizer plugin name of privatestorageio-zkapauthz-v1, however, more recent versions of ZKAPAuthorizer expect this value to be privatestorageio-zkapauthz-v2 (and will cause tahoe to fail silently in absence of a valid plugin identifier).
