Currently, Gridsync's debug log contains local timestamps, absent of any timezone information. In some circumstances, this can make it difficult to debug issues -- particularly in situations where those issues might spring from problems observed remote/external systems. In order to make such correlations more clear, Gridsync's log timestamps should include timezone information (and, for the sake of preserving privacy regarding, e.g., users' geographical locations, that timezone should be UTC).
