"Connected to X of Y storage nodes" is confusing #296

Description

@crwood

During recent usability testing sessions, some participants were confused by the number of "storage nodes" being displayed in the status panel (and wondered, for example, how many nodes should be expected, whether the number of nodes displayed is "good" or "bad", or even what "nodes" are). Further, because Gridsync does not expose -- or expect users to consider/adjust -- Tahoe-LAFS erasure coding parameters (and, instead, typically relies on the grid-operator to suggest/provide such values) displaying the number of storage nodes connected/available on the main status panel offers very little utility -- while causing at least a little bit of confusion.

Accordingly, it should suffice to instead show whether/when the client application is "Connected" to storage grid in question (for example, "Connected to Demo Grid" instead of "Connected to 10 of 10 storage nodes") -- which is already determinable by checking to see whether enough nodes are connected to meet the shares.happy threshold. The exact number of nodes connected/available should be relegated to a tooltip instead, for those users who might want/need to know such information.
