Two new bot workflows:
.github/workflows/bot_sync-obi-fork.yml- sync grafana obi fork with upstream every 15m.github/workflows/bot_sync-obi-submodule.yml- Beyla PR every Monday with updated obi submoduleBoth can also be run manually at any time.
Not expected to work yet, need credentials in Vault and a few PRs in deployment_tools, but this starts the process.
