This PR updates github.com/prometheus-community/yet-another-cloudwatch-exporter to the latest version.
The main reason is to incorporate this change prometheus-community/yet-another-cloudwatch-exporter@bfd368b. It should prevent panics that could occur when aws_sdk_version_v2 is set to false.
