Add a description

Beyla has the ability to query a k8s cache service, rather than directly querying the Kubernetes API Server. This is currently undocumented in Alloy and only available via the BEYLA_KUBE_META_CACHE_ADDRESS environment variable. To make this easier to use, meta_cache_address should be added to the beyla.ebpf component.
