There was recently a major version bump from 0.11.5 to 1.0.0 and it seems that included breaking changes (see #848 and #860 (comment)).

However, it looks like this is not properly documented, at least not in the release notes at https://github.com/graalvm/native-build-tools/releases/tag/1.0.0.

If possible, could you please:

• improve the release notes at https://github.com/graalvm/native-build-tools/releases/tag/1.0.0
  • state which breaking changes occurred, and what users have to consider / respectively that they might have to update dependencies or wait for them to adapt (e.g. Regression with build-tools.native 1.0.0 & Spring Boot & Hibernate Validator #860)
  • remove the redundant "Bump ..." entries for graalvmbot and dependabot; they don't seem relevant for users and are only distracting
• if necessary or useful, create a dedicated documentation file (or extend the README), explaining the breaking changes in more details
