Description
Describe the issue
The cloud synchronization bar on top of the page under the My filters tab in the dashboard sometimes fails to load under certain circumstances.

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue
- Open up the dashboard and check Enable cloud storage support under the Settings tab.
- Go to the My filters tab.
- Reload the page.
- The bar should fail to load; if not, try reloading again.
- After it fails to load, you can make it appear by changing the viewport size (e.g., going full screen).
