Annoying popup when navigating to addon detail page in Add-on Manager #2843

Describe the issue

I open up the detail page a lot. Basically because of the way that you do the changelog and the way that Firefox handles the changelog, not linkifying the links, you're forced to go to the add-on detail page and then forced to go to the AMO and then find the release just so you can get the link. Obviously alternatively you could just copy and paste but alas... Anyway, every time you go to the add-on detail page, UBO creates an annoying new tab which is way beyond it's remit. It's meant to prevent such things occurring.
