There's no good reason for running the periodic jobs as frequently as everyday given the pace of development of openstack and how fast our small team can react to regressions. Reduce the frequency to once every 3 days, which might still be way to much.

This PR adds periodic jobs for the zed release that came out in oct 22. It also reduce the frequency of periodic jobs to run once every 3 days rather than every day.
