Usage extension doesn't return more than 1000 results #1641
Description
The way the usage "allTenants" and "AllTenantOpts" are set up, means that the get request is limited to 1000 results as per OpenStack
So if a an environment has more than 1000 instances that the user hopes to get usage for, they won't get it for all of them.
