Bumps Kotlin to 1.6.10 and kotlinx.coroutines to 1.6.0. This also removes the
ExperimentalCoroutinesApiannotation from extensions functions returning Flow as the underlying Flow APIs have been promoted to stable (see: https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlinx.coroutines/blob/master/CHANGES.md#flow).
