This PR is to modify benchmarking script to perform load testing for read write transactions against multiplexed session and regular sessions

note: to enable multiplexed session for transactions(RO/RW/Partitioned DML), set env
GOOGLE_CLOUD_SPANNER_MULTIPLEXED_SESSIONS
GOOGLE_CLOUD_SPANNER_MULTIPLEXED_SESSIONS_PARTITIONED_OPS
GOOGLE_CLOUD_SPANNER_MULTIPLEXED_SESSIONS_FOR_RW to true
