- Fix links that GitHub wasn't rendering.
- Remove a TOC item that doesn't exist.
- Capitalize headings consistently.
- Remove an unnecessary word.
- Tests and linter pass
- [n/a] Code coverage does not decrease (if any source code was changed)
- [n/a] Appropriate docs were updated (if necessary)
