This is the isolated regeneration of the "breaking" grpc stub output from the protoc-grpc plugin update from 1.10.0 to 1.28.0. It removes a
@Deprecated,@ExperimentalApiconstant that was deprecated for over 2 years.This should allow future autogenerated PRs for this client to only contain those changes.
