This will allow us to keep the libraries-bom version up to date on the README as well as keep the format in line with the rest of the client libraries. The custom code sample is now edited from the
.readme-partials.yamlfile.This also fixes the link to outdated javadocs and broken links to the full examples from https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-java.
