RE: googleapis/google-cloud-node#7168

@google-cloud/datastore needs to accept IPv6 endpoints from the Datastore emulator, and I believe we need to investigate if this library will support such addresses, including these formats:

• ::1
• [::1]:8744
• 2001:0db8:85a3:0000:0000:8a2e:0370:7334
