Sometimes gemini-cli doesnt know how to exit plan mode and try different things, for instance:
Shell exit_plan_mode (Exiting Plan Mode.)
/usr/bin/bash: line 2: exit_plan_mode: command not found
What did you expect to happen?
exiit plan mode silently just as it enters it
