Check the origins and and only keep the exceptions. SYNTHETIC should be the only exceptions.

This PR broke Micronaut Framework integration, I was using the 2.0.1 snapshot to finish KSP2 changes. This morning the latest snapshot got released and broke something with annotation reading. |
