A market volatility reduction effort

To run bot, pickled files containing the binary encoded authentication keys/secrets/etc must be included in same working directory as the code-base:

authtoken.p -- authentication token for Quandl API consumer_key.p -- consumer key for Twitter OAuth consumer_secret.p -- consumer secret for Twitter OAuth access_token.p -- access token for Twitter OAuth access_token_secret.p -- access token secret for Twitter OAuth

Once completed, simply enter below to launch the bot: $ python3 plymouthLaunch.py
