What did you do?

Read CSV file using standard CSV parser.

If possible, provide a recipe for reproducing the error.
A complete runnable program is good.
A link on play.golang.org is best.

What did you expect to see?

Preserved line endings aka I want the verbatim data as in the CSV file, not some made up corrupt data.

What did you see instead?

\r\n is read as \n
