This broke our CI pipeline for several projects :'( The installation methods in the README need to be updated. this no longer works. |

As a part of gobuffalo/buffalo#2152, updated dependencies (logger, packd, and others)
Before doing that, I made the root tree be v2 as suggested as #294. (The purpose of this diet is for making maintenance easier while we keep packr with minimal effort)
Fixes #294
