Describe the bug
When choosing to sort users in the "directory > users"-section by "Active" it seems to have no effect and returns the users sorted by name.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Directory > Users
2. Sort by Name (ascending)
3. Observe sort
4. Sort by Active (ascending and descending)
5. Observe sort
6. Compare

Expected behavior
Active users should either be on the top or bottom depending on their account active status.
The secondary sorting may be done by name.
