Frustrating removal of scopes in OIDC select menu #19732

Describe the bug
It is very frustrating removing scopes by double-clicking on it - see:
When double-clicking a specific scope in the right-assigned column, the menu jumps and removes the wrong item.
How to reproduce
- Edit/create application
- Remove scope by double-clicking
Expected behavior
Selection not jumping
