Describe the bug

After setup Cloudflare turnstile captcha, it's named Google captcha v2.

How to reproduce

1. Setup Cloudflare turnstile captcha.
2. Go back to captcha setting.
3. You see named Google captcha v2

If changing name to : cloudflare turnstile, it still saving as Google captcha v2

Expected behavior

Should be named : cloudflare turnstile
