Describe the bug

On the "Tokens" page, there are minor visual issues:

1. The icons in "Actions" column is slightly misaligned on "Tokens" page.
2. The "Edit" icon is white-colored as if it was active/highlighted, while not being the case.

How to reproduce

1. Go to "Tokens" page.

Expected behavior

1. Proper alignment at same padding
2. Highlighted color only when moving over the icon with mouse
