When changing application name, (sometimes) the slug changes too:

On screencast it can be seen that the slug changes at first, then stops for whatever reason. And when clearing the name completely (making field empty) and then typing new new, will change it again. It feels inconsistent.

How to reproduce

1. Go to "Applications"
2. Edit any application
3. Change the name and slug will (sometimes) change too. If not, clear the application name field entirely and then change it.

Expected behavior

When editing application, I'd expect the slug NOT to change anymore as it's typically breaking the SSO flow due to its URLs changing. It has caused me issues a few times now, until I realized the URLs has changed and need to be changed back.
